Send us the colleague's name, email and practice and we reissue the pass, badge and CE certificate. Free until 11 February 2028, €50 handling fee until 10 March 2028.
Nights follow the hotel's terms: free cancellation until 28 January 2028, one night charged until 11 February 2028, the full stay after that. Guest tickets and transfers follow the pass schedule.
You choose between a full refund and a transfer to the new dates. Travel booked outside our block is not covered, so we recommend flexible fares.
